What this site is — and isn't
- It is a data publication: home values, sale prices, rents, inventory, and market pace for about 20 Michiana communities, refreshed monthly.
- It is not a real-estate brokerage. Nobody here will list your home, show you houses, or take a commission. We are not licensed agents, and nothing on this site is an offer of brokerage services or individualized advice.

How the figures are computed
Each month we pull the sources above, filter to Michiana geographies, and compute month-over-month, year-over-year, and five-year changes directly from the source series — no modeling, no adjustments of our own. Small towns post few sales in any month, so their monthly figures are volatile; we flag that where it matters and favor year-over-year comparisons.
